I hate humans
When I look up how to lose weight, I want tips on how to do it. I do NOT need a 20th video with an excelent 2h explanation on what is a calloric deficit. Bitch, there are already 2000 videos explaining that concept. Do you seriously feel that special, that you believe you will ecplain it better?

@LukeAlmighty Super simple,
Drink water nothing else, eat healthy, move some more, and weigh daily.
Gain weight, eat less and move more.
Ps hunger is just a feeling, one that can be ignored.
@LukeAlmighty No serious, what info do you miss to lose weight?
Tailor your caloric intake to be less then your caloric output.
Eat less makes you weigh less, weird huh?

@Appelmoesje
Yeah, water is really wet lately. Who knew?
And did you know, that if you want to land on a moon, you have to go up?

@LukeAlmighty Stay fat moron, who gives a fuck if you die from a heart attack. You asked for help but dont want it, fine by me.

@Appelmoesje @LukeAlmighty
OP: "I don't need a 9000th explaination of caloric deficit"
you: "have you tried a caloric deficit :pepeDrool: let me explain it"

@tomie @LukeAlmighty It is what it is, want a tant get into sun, want to swim get in water, want lose weigt eat less and better.

@Appelmoesje @LukeAlmighty if you simply go into sun to get tan... well, this action seems to be fitting for you, have fun there 👋

@tomie @LukeAlmighty You can try magic, have to find a non fat wicca first.

@tomie
What to say... Some things I rant about are literally proving themselves.

@Appelmoesje @LukeAlmighty I actually needed to lose 300 lbs once upon a time so i had to dig in pretty deeply in the science and the idea that eating less calories leads to weight loss is not supported by the science. in fact while I was losing the weight i ate more calories.
@Escoffier @LukeAlmighty While there are things left to debate and much misinformation exists about food, science not knowing all.
It is safe (true) to say to lose weight one burns more calories than you take in.
I just asked a pro body builder once and he said replace all the carbs and sugars with proteins. So if you have a breakfast of eggs, toast, bacon, and a muffin, you change it to more eggs and more bacon but no toast and no muffin. Eliminating the carbs and sugars makes it so your body stops storing fats. I think intermittent fasting and weightlifting will accelerate the weight loss, but sticking to a low carb diet will get a person there all by itself.
@notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty yes., the type of calorie matters a lot. This is how eating more calories in fat and proteïne, and less of them in sugars and carbohydrate still make you lose weight/fat.
The term losing weight is nasty too, one can lose muscle and not fat, losing weight the wrong way. One can lose fat and gain more muscle weight, so not losing weight but still making a better you.
@Appelmoesje @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty i saw your pfp, and name, and i was like "this guy is dutch", then i read your profile lol.
@Appelmoesje @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty i was playing as the bishopric of utrecht in eu4 the other day, we formed the holy netherlands.
@givenup @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty excuse the stupid facts, i jut like them. We are such a small country it is hard to imagine for usa ppl. yet so diverse it is insane. [EDIT; white diversity that is, 13 dutch provinces with different kind of dutch white ppl]
Utrecht is a province, and has a capital with the same name. The size of Utrecht city is like central park, and the province is the city new york.
@givenup @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty it is now the middle red but only half that. top right is not theirs.
@Appelmoesje @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty i imagined so in the modern days, i'm just talking about the past, i like history better.
@Appelmoesje @givenup @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty We have a sovereign country inside the Netherlands Friesland (as it`s NOT just a province, it`s a state on it`s own, with it`s own anthem, flag and language.)
But yes we are the most diverse white country ever, dialects, behavior, traditions, clothing (klederdracht)
And the capital of Groningen is also Groningen.
And the Dutch are the tallest people in the world, despite being a small country.
@Bass @givenup @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty no it is a province, you dont like it but it is,, you have no autonomy and cant be separate, need dutch support in cash.
@Appelmoesje @givenup @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty My granddad was Frisian, I`m not.
The whole Frisian autonomy part is a discussion on it`s own, but what I do know is that Frisland (zonder e) has been an island near Greenland that has sunken.
At one point in the 700`s it was nearly the entire coastline from Portugal to Denmark.
Frisia has been of importance throughout history, but most is lost or suppressed.
Perhaps the Oera Linda has something to do with it.
@Bass @givenup @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty I dunno about that, know north holland took some south friesland.
Know their pride and dialect being a language is important to them, but they are not of much importance now, just a province but with the typical dutch arrogance. Im in Rotterdam, 4th harbor in the world currently.
@givenup @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty that orange thing is a lion, the symbol of our royal house, sure name of our original royal house is oranje, the color orange in dutch.
@Appelmoesje @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty yea, in eu4 they got a government special for dutch people where you elect kings or beurocrats called statists and orangists
@Appelmoesje @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty i think the chinese invented htem BUT it's sorta just a natural outgrowth of having a government structure i'd think.
@givenup @notabnormal @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty could be, i was thinking greek might have imported that into dutch regions.
@notabnormal @LukeAlmighty @Appelmoesje That's the basic science as i understand it. The mechanism is sugar in the bloodstream causes the body to release insulin which is your far storage hormone.

@LukeAlmighty there's literally no going around the first checkpoint: to have healthy sleep pattern, and this is a roadblock in itself
and if you hungermaxx you'll just undo the muscle you gained in the gym because muscles go first

@tomie Well, I know how to gain muscule eventually, but why is the sleep so important?

@LukeAlmighty because it's the key part in the energy gaining and spending cycle, that's when you're supposed to restart your body for the new day; if this key component is fucked, everything else goes off the rails

@tomie
Thank you. This is the danger of "doing your own research", since one of the ever present scarecrows was the concept of irreversible metabolic slowdown.

So, whenever I saw myself getting tired all of a sudden, I saw it as a clue, that I need to slow the diet down immediately. And noone in any of the hundreds of videos did bother to mention that you will get sleepy.

@tomie
As if being sleepy isn't the total opposite of what most people connect to getting fit. -_-

@tomie
And yes, I did spend 9 + 4 + 2 years of my life under many teachers in PE class. Well, it seems there are some topics of fitness, that they might have missed. :ablobonfire:

At least we got to play football every fucking week.

@LukeAlmighty sugars and carbs aren't the devil you know: they are the main source of energy, so it's pretty natural that their sudden shortage causes tiredness and drowsiness
diets are way more complicated than "calorie deficit, hurr durr" :tanya_sigh:

@LukeAlmighty If you ever decide you do want help (and not be cunt about it), many here can help. Maybe post a list of what u eat in a week and do in a week, and we can point out where things go wrong.
