Why are people in the comments acting, like 30 minutes of excersise per day is nothing? I don't think most people can afford the 30 minute 6 DAYS A WEEK, and the following 2 hours of total exhaustion.

Am I dellulu? Is 30 minutes per day way too little?

@LukeAlmighty
Depends on what he's doing for that 30 minutes, but realistically I'd suggest between 1 and 2 hours of weightlifting. Frankly, the TV star can probably afford the best drugs on the market to help.
Exercising 30 mins a day is easy, but it won't get you in this shape without very lucky genes and/or drugs.
@BroDrillard @LukeAlmighty @pepsi_man it can yield amazing results if done properly though, but genes play a huge part as you said
@LukeAlmighty Seems fine. He also looks average. Soyjacks throw off the curve. White fighting age men are all supposed to look like this.
@LukeAlmighty it depends on who you are and what your goals are. To me, 30m a day seems perfectly reasonable for a lot of people. Nothing about 30m a day requires them to be continuous 30m sessions.
@LukeAlmighty they think 30 minutes of actually moving is the same as sitting still. Some people are just retarded

@LukeAlmighty yeah it's pretty fuckin killer actually. if he's doing stuff like 25 minute runs in between 45 minute weight lifting focused on different muscle groups then yeah, i'd say that's pretty damn good. the routine my friend and i are following is about 45 minutes 2-3 times a week. just takes us a bit longer because there are two of us, usually an hour and fifteen. the consistency is key and once you build it up, as long as you stay consistent you aren't going to lose it.

but i do concur that this is just good shape. he's not like body builder status or anything. the guys doing that are on drugs and/or doing multiple hour workouts almost every day. maybe people look at that and have such a crazy idea of how much it takes to get healthy so they don't even want to try.

@beardalaxy @LukeAlmighty funny enough exactly what you described is what I'm trying to do in my home gym to lose weight but I thought 45 mins is to easy so I've been doing it for 2 hours.

I'm I a psychopath for this.

@Kagekokoro
I get that a lot.
At this point, I am not sure people are actually used to hearing sincere questions.

@LukeAlmighty
What are your daily responsibilities?
Do you really not have 30 minutes to spare for a workout on a daily basis?
Do you work 12 hours a day and have to commute 2 hours?
@Kagekokoro @LukeAlmighty Eight hours of sleeping. Eight hours of working. Two hours for food. One hour for commuting. Half an hour for hygiene. Half an hour for groceries (takes more, but that's a daily average). Four hours for relaxing and hobbies.

And this is for a single man, if there's family in the picture then it's looking much worse.
@Jens_Rasmussen @LukeAlmighty then sacrifice half an hour of hobbies for sports my man, it's really not that difficult
And two hours of food? How?!
I spend a maximum of 30 minutes a day eating and am just fine
@Kagekokoro @LukeAlmighty Eating is not a chore to get over with as fast as possible, it's when you go from being drowsy to awake in the morning, a break from work around noon and for dinner there's usually some more time spent on both cooking and cleaning, not to mention socializing if you don't live alone.
@Jens_Rasmussen @LukeAlmighty
Eating is providing your body with the nutrients it needs to work properly
Have a shake as breakfast in the morning
Grab a quick bite during work to get out of there faster
Make dinner tasty yet efficient by prepping a bit
Cleaning is done by the washing machine
And most of us niggers live alone so there is no socializing to be done
@Kagekokoro @LukeAlmighty >Have a shake as breakfast in the morning
I eat my oats and milk, thank you. I need my fiber too.
>Grab a quick bite during work to get out of there faster
I'll use my half an hour lunch break, and eat at the cafeteria.
>Make dinner tasty yet efficient by prepping a bit
I already took that into account.
>Cleaning is done by the washing machine
I don't have one. 😢

@LukeAlmighty why dont you just answer que question instead of being a butthurt nigger?
Be honest with yourself: what are your daily responsibilities and do you really not have 30 minutes a day for your health and fitness?

@LukeAlmighty I think most people include the preparation and cleanup in their mental calculation.
When you say you workout for 2 hours, most people understand that to include everything around that.

"I don't have the time" doesn't mean I can't lift something heavy for 30 minutes, it means I don't have 2~3 hours to get in the car, drive somewhere, exercise, shower, drive back, crash on the sofa for a bit to recover, and then continue my day.

My aunt was really impressed with my tablet, she's an artsy type, genuinely talented, but says she has no time to practice.
I asked why she doesn't have time, and she started explaining to me about mixing paints and cleaning brushes, I didn't consider that.
