Ano. Přestože komunizmus nenávidím do morku kosti, nemohu mu upřít, že neobdahoval tento typ byrokracie, ketrý je charakteristický pro moderní clown world.
Pokud bylo potřeba přepsat 1 jméno, tak se přepsalo. Bylo potřeba opravit silnici, vylil se asvalt a hotovo.
Zatím co tento týden jsem si chtěl přihlásit odběr plynu, a byrokrat mi bez ironie řekl, že to bude do 3 měsíců hotovo.
3 měsíce na přepsání jednoho jména.

@keddie je skoda, ze se jaderna debata vede jen jako Rosatom vs. ti spravni.. za CSSR jsme byli schopni _sami_ navrhnout a postavit ctyri jaderne elektrarny, dokonce jsme se pokusili o vlastni design reaktoru, ktery pri zavazeni nepotreboval odstavku...
nyni uz se jen lisame bud k jednem nebo k druhym, nejsme schopni ani opravit D1 za 10 let..
