How do you put a real time flash into a slown down movement?

There were 2 shots that truly weirded me out. The 3 guns shot and the jump kick.

And I can see why now... They are smoooooooooth. Let me explain.

When you fire a gun, you don't see the recoil. You see the gun appearing rotated and the holder trying to put it back... It is a ridiculously fast motion.

So, when we see a gun fire in original, it is shown through 4 frames with pauses. The pause implies a severe slow motion. On the contrary, when whey smoothed out the movement, it made the shooting seem slow, but not slown down... It's laughable.

The same happened with the jump kick, but it's only weird there. Not actually ridiculous.

Oh god... I thought the Faye looked bad in pictures, but the intro truly shows just how out of place she truly is.

Why the fuck did they completelly switch the art style at 36s? First 20s seemed like an honest attempt, and the whole intro includes some amazing artistic choices, but at 36s, they're-like: fuck it, we tried...
