I love technology... LOVE...
But I also prety much live it... My phone has several GB of old games, and I already decided, that my next phone will be linux based only so I can use it with a dock and do some tech bullshit on the go.
But my phone doesn't need more power. There is no android software even made to use it.
So, I was wandering if normies would be even able to tell the difference.

@LukeAlmighty I have some normalfag relatives and the way some of them justify it is that "they need it for work", but then they'll admit that they need a proper desktop PC with a keyboard and mouse to do any non-trivial work. What I really get from it is that it's just status. More expensiver equals more betterer because you can show off and people see that you have enough resources to waste on objectively unnecessary shit. Companies packing in more transistors and computer power than 95% of people would ever need (were their software made by competent hands) is just to justify the pricetag.
Why do normies buy expensive phones?
This is a serious question that I have no idea how to deal with... I am a gamer FFS, and my phone is a pocket library of a decade of gaming history. And it is a cheap ass 6000 kč phone. Yet, I saw today people, who obviously belong to the "already happy" class, unable to rise their eyes from an 23 000kč Iphone.
What are they going to do? Pocket rey-tracing? It is their entire monthly pay.
