They have only 2 ways of winning arguments. Out-bigword the oponent to a way, when they cannot respond to the word salad, and calling you racist.

So, it won't help either way. The only way to fix the society is to rebuild from the basic blocks. To literaly hug your friends and teach them what's important in life.

Yes, I still do believe that social networks are being used as a weapon.

You don't need to look too long to see:
Attacks on your calm through a covid fear mongering.
Attacks on your self esteem by pushing trans agenda.
Attacks on community cohesion through creating fake consensus about hate towards half of population.
Attacks on fertility through pushing women into life long worker life.
Attacks on production through anti-entropenour messaging.

But I have never seen our government fight against any of these... Only against people noticing, that we are being already attacked.

Letting the government fight "disinformation" is like letting cancer cells fight "sick cells".
