In my opinion:
A PC: Any device that can run a full operation system.
A console: A device, that has hard software locks designed to keep you spending only in their ecosystem.

So, an obvious PC.

She was below the healthy weight for sure... But the way her skin just slided over the abdominals... something unreal...
