My theory is: it's low IQ combined with a more feminine brain (low testosterone in utero).

• These people are stupid, raised in a more technological culture, so seem smarter than niggers, but really they're not.
They have the same limited cognitive abilities, but focused on social media and other technologies instead of "hustling".
