There is one thing that I found to work. And that is to use the light in the reversed. As soon as morning starts, turn on tha main light in my room, and let is on the entire day. And in the evening, shut it down.

But it's unintuituve, and easy to get wrong :D

Reminds me, when I looked up "how to commit suicide" years ago.

I was not depressed.......... Until I saw videos of click-baiting assholes crying in front of camera trying to "change my mind"

They were the most pathetic people I saw in my life. And that kinda made me depressed, not gonna lie :D

I hate this cycle...
I wake up tired, work 8 hours, fall asleep right after the work, and wake up too late for any shop to be open.
