if you thought sleep paralysis was bad enough, sometimes i have suffocation sleep paralysis! that’s where i’m paralyzed and asleep but still conscious and i have bad asthma and i can feel my sinuses closing up and it becoming harder and harder to breathe until i just can’t breathe anymore and i have to experience the feeling of being suffocated until my stupid brain finally wakes myself up and i can open my mouth and breathe again
