Our politicians are literally too retarded to not lose a cap from a bottle while drinking. So in their ethernal wisdom, they decided, that all caps should be connected, and scratch people while they are drinking.

Obviously, since your brain is working on a +65IQ level, your first thought is, why don't you just tear it off? Well, they are boobie trapped in such a way, that when you tear it off, the scratching tool will remain there anyway.
