Not the culture I was talking about, but sure. Economic practices can be incorporated into your frame.

And that being said, anything beyond golden standart is bullshit :D

BTW, I love how every single modern philosopher get's the mission wrong. It was written briliantly not because "did you know you didn't have to shoot? You did so yourself..." but because even after you shoot everyone you meet, it doesn't matter. You get the bullet too.

That betrayal was gut punching. (no pun intended) in a way, that only games can show. You felt the weight of the entire mission collaps on you knowing, that you were just another pawn in someone elses plan, and that you were alive only, because someone else wanted to use you one more time.

I remember trying many times to calculate the exact peak of western culture.I knew it was in 2009, but I have finally found the exact point.

November 10, 2009, 45 minutes after the release of Call of duty Modern Warfare 2.

This particular point in time had reached a point of based game development, that was never done before, and will not be repeated ever again.

Even re-release of the same game had skipped this moment. And while I might not like the series in total, this was the one moment, where every kid around the world experienced art to it's fullest extent.

It was all down from that mission. I think it is a solid point for peak western civilization.

@tomie
> "all in", but he couldn't even cook by himself for both of them

I listen to women.

@tomie
That was your idea of all in. If she cooks, then what? If he eats it, you already said it's not all in. If he refuses the food, that would be insanely rude.
Therefore, your idea of all in is logically to stop that possibility in the first place.

@tomie
All in means full cooperation, not locking the woman in basement, so that she couldn't do anything for the guy you dummie.

I know, you're trying to be a strawman account, but have some class.

@tomie
Yes, I do report as trying to go all in with people. Most can't handle it, while the rest are truly special.

I trust my friends with my life.
Would you want someone in your life in general, who you cannot even trust not to hurt you intentionally?

@tomie
That's the meaning of going all in. You are after years of stressful life finally fully opening up to that one person hoping to find a solid point in this cruel universe.

And she decided to poison him for fun... There is no recovery from this. Because he was ready to go all in, while she was still in the poking phase.

@NotImportant @Jens_Rasmussen
Oh, ok. We do have something similar here as a pre-requisite for unemployed benefits.

Thanks for confirming.

@Jens_Rasmussen
Well, that's why I asked.

If a burger said, that this is the norm there, I would be happy.
But, so far, none of them said so.

Getting a bit of an existential crysis from the fact, that young people today don't even know the feeling of being tired of hot women.

That one hits hard. The world I grew up not only no longer exists, but the young cannot imagine it.

@themilkman
So... the meme was made by an unemployed people who have no idea what actual job search looks like either :D

Gives it a certain level of irony :omegalul:

@Mr_NutterButter
Wrong...
It's a state-mandatad job offer. (happens, when you are unemployed for long enough. Your new employer can reject you, but if you reject instead, you lose the benefits). It's for a job of a janitor. (As if tyhey ever offered anythiong else :D)

And, she's crying, because she doesn't want to be a janitor. But, the perfect finish is, when at the end of the video, she says:
"I even consider breaking my arm so I cannot do the job.... But how the hell does a person break an arm? I have no idea."

Normálně se nevysmívám idiotům, ale to komické časování na konci bylo opravdu dokonalé.

OK.
Where did this meme come from? I have literally never seen anything even slightly similar to this form.

Is that about the government job search programs with the famous <1% success rate of finding a job for you?
