Street thiefs do not recieve millions in donations. The group A is organised. The mere fact that the organisation itself is a separate cell from the individuals that join any action that organizing cell of group A calls for does not mean it is not organized.

Not to mention, that it does not matter. Even if I give up that point, the absence of organization does not change the "gimme money, or we'll cut yo throat" behavior.

Group A Destroys buisuness both small and large in the area.
Group A recieves a lage sums of money from companies in order to not destroy them in particular.

How the actual fuck can anyone say that Group A is not a terrorist organisation?
