I solved it by qeighing mysels 3 times a day, and selecting the lowest number per week.
That way, no matter how big the fluctuations actually were, I was able to see a trend.

I bought a switch few days ago, and it is my first nintendo console since gameboy advance.
And I am quite disappointed to be honest. Software and hardware are much more powerful, but it is all useless, since they still use it in such a restrictive way. The limited online MP was a last straw.
I like Super Smsh Bross, But unless they make Elden ring console exclusive that somehow includes Switch, I see no reason to buy any other game then the 2 I already bought.
