Thanks for the advice, but I'm not sure you're ready to accept the premise.
I am a happy and joyful person. I enjoy the little things in life etc.
But I have NOONE to talk to. I am alone, and my job is the only part of my life that brings someome else some joy.
I am not depressed (textbook), my life is just shitty (textbook).
