Of course I seem retarded to you, if your philosophy is based around axioms "shit happens", "I like society where shit happens" and "preventative solutions are a spook".

I believe, that laws exist to outline actions, that should not happen under any circumstance.
We have laws around flying toys that weight too much punishable by fine, that most people cannot repay in their lives, so why the fuck is it a stratch to make actions that do lead to a chernobile-sized event punishable by death?
