That's just waht happens, when you literally refuse to listen... -_-

Should I finish this NEW anime or that one...

And, 10 minutes later, I am just rewatching Konosuba for some reason.
Happy everyone

@applejack
Sure. I just noticed this, when my sister was complaining about this exact issue, and when I said, that I make enough money for the family, and expect wife to stay home, she IMMEDIATELY switched from "It's so bad, that a woman has to work" to "but wouldn't it be good, if the family had MORE money?"

That switch felt so insane and conditioned, that I had to dig into it further.

@tomie
I would say, that it depends, if you're a sub or an equal.

@tomie @YTFoidLover1488
Can you AT LEAST concede, that the complain about working a job does not belong among the patriarchical demands, that belong in feminist critiques, but is a feminist demand instead?

Or, are you just trying to be anoying for the sake of it?

@tomie @YTFoidLover1488
Again, assumed the worst case of me being offended, instead of the real option of me laughing you off.

@tomie @YTFoidLover1488
Yeah... And I chose the option of working from home, so I can abuse myself even further, while watching kids grow up. :kekw:

@declarer7
About a month ago, I literally traveled home across country with nothing but the master sword.

Then, when I got there, mom asked why the hell do I carry a sword....

Yeah, I had to say it........ :omegalul:

@Zergling_man @tomie
There is nothing more toxic, then a person who automatically assumes the worst of intentions. It punishes any kindness, and before you know it, you are afraid to do anything but the least effort possible.

@tomie Exactly.
And women, who assume the worst are the first ones out. :tanya_sip:

@tomie
Well, you can never get the best, when you aim for the worst.

@nosleep
This is the best explanation of cosmic horror I've ever seen.

@tomie
Do you always assume the worst intentions when talking to people?

If i had to sum up the fediverse in one image, i think this would be it.

One of the funniest "problems" of this age is the women's education and work. Every single feminist critique includes a section complaining about the fact, that a woman has to be working.

Yet somehow, they all start screaming when I say, that I want the woman to quit her job and stay at home. WHY? WE FUCKING AGREE FOR ONCE :omegalul:

Someone has to stay home and take care of the kid. I do not want my wife to work her ass off, so she can hire a 3rd worder to teach my son about Allah. How is that an option that even crossed their minds is beyond me. No. One of us is staying at home, and I worked my ass off for the last 30 years to make that choice as simple as possible.
