eh, at some point, someone is going to put in the insane work to research develop, advertise, and convince tons of other to follow them. Is a lot of their job getting other people to do the work and see their vision? Certainly. Do some of them not know how to do most of the critical work the staff does? Just look at Jobs and Gates who couldn't code worth shit.

But they still put in a lot of work. A lot of people put in a lot of work and don't get anywhere, but that shouldn't disqualify someone from the merit of putting in the work, even if that's convincing others of their vision, form the 80~100 hours a week they put in.

Is Elon Musk worth 100x someone sle due to that work. It gets complicated. But if you hate someone just because of the work or merit or their charisma .. that's .. eh .. I can't get behind that anymore.

I make a decent amount of money, but I have no desire to be a CEO or business owner. I've found the sweet spot, work my 40 hours or less. I know I don't have the drive to do that work, but I don't hate the people who do. I grift off them and use the system to my advantage.
