My last visit to a doctor was for a yearly checkup. They no longer did anything other than ask me had I thought about killing myself, was my sex life ok, do I want an Influenza shot, do I want a pneumonia shot, and you should be taking blood pressure and cholesterol pills because reasons and we don't care if it won't do anything for you because your condition is hereditary. Are you really sure you don't want viagra and antidepressants and pain pills?

They got rather unhappy that i didn't play ball with them on any of those, and I declined to schedule an appointment for next year.

But now, this new shot comes along and data is starting to get strange. I don't want it because I had the disease the natural way and it was a total non event other than some things now smell weird. Do I care? No.

Where is this going? Soon, I'll be at a point in my life where I'm told that I need MMR and Shingles and Tetanus again.

The medical industry has shown their hand, and I don't feel that I can trust any of them at this point. I've been called an anti-vaxxer because I don't want an EUA injection for something that's not even a concern for someone my age. (No, it wasn't approved in the USA, just a name-brand variant that isn't available yet.)

Do I plan on going to a doctor again? No.

I was called an anti-vaxxer. Well, congratulations. Now I am.

Whose fault is this? Well, mine for the decision. But I lay the blame (or praise) on the ones who called me that for making me really think about what all those shots do and what it means - and why I don't need any of them anymore.

He’s not wrong. Let’s say nobody talked about COVID. There was no media on it.

Question: based on your day to day life would you be freaking out? How many people have you seen dropping dead .. ? I understand the bubonic plague.. EVERYONE had family and friends dying daily .. all around them; they didn’t need media to tell them.

But I honestly wouldn’t know there was a “COVID pandemic” if the media didn’t keep pushing it. I’d say “ hey my co-worker was out sick for a few days cuz he caught a flu” That’s it

Sometimes i have two pictures of the same artist, and they both are practically the same except for a few MINIMAL details, like the artist later corrected some parts of the drawing and then uploaded it again.

Most of the time i have problems whiich version is the "improved" one.

extreme customization is one of the things I wanted, but I’ll be going with investment cast aluminum and CNC instead of 3D printing

it’s probably possible to print the stuff I want, as durable as I want, in the higher end filaments but by the time I upgrade my printer, build an enclosure, buy “engineering grade” filament at about $50/lb, do all the prototyping, etc I could’ve just built a small, rigid CNC machine

aluminum is a lot cheaper to work with in the end, and if I fuck up a part I can just recycle most of it into another casting

If you get fired for refusing the vaccine publish the name and contact information of those responsible. If it’s kept a secret from you, you may make your immediate supervisor or similar person stand tall for this and publish their information instead.

We’ll build a list of people involved in this. And we’ll make them regret their choice. We’ll make them gnash their teeth and wish they were virtuous, for the rest of their lives.

Treat this as a line in the sand that cannot be uncrossed and carries Biblical consequences.
