So my company asked my vax status today... Later on I told my boss I was unvax'd, wouldn't get the vax, and I refuse to mask. I told him I was being proactive so he would have time to find a backfill for my position and we could do a proper turnover. Dude was blown away. He said he'd start working to find a solution that would get us through the OSHA bullshit. Sometimes it pays to deliver the bad news early.
