My theory is: it's low IQ combined with a more feminine brain (low testosterone in utero).
• These people are stupid, raised in a more technological culture, so seem smarter than niggers, but really they're not.

One of the reasons that low IQ correlates with crime is: decreased empathy due to the inability of the low-IQ individual to build a behavioral model of another person in their mind.

Before he returned, I asked him about the most impressive experience here in Vienna:

@matana @LukeAlmighty my plan the entire time was to go unga bunga mode so I'm glad the game was really fun doing that. Put my points in body, reflex, and cool (strictly for dialogue on that one).
It was funny when everyone was like "alright we gotta go about this stealthily" and I'd just shoot a car a bunch until it was catching fire, drive it to the enemies and jump out before it exploded, then slice and dice everything xD
