I was talking to some girl, who said, that blonde blazer is an "emotionally healthy choice."

How is she emotionally healthy? If I take the better interpretation of her character, she is a dirty manipulator with 0 care for other feelings. and that is the better interpretation. The official one is, that she is a career obsessed woman with 0 separation between professional and personal life, so unstable, that she will kiss a person before she can even manage to give him a simple job offer.

That is insane choice. You cannot build a relationship with someone, who doesn't see you as a selarate entity. She sees you already as a part of a company that she loves. She doesn't love Robert though. She loves how he helps the company.
