So I bought a bunch of food and this should be my average calorie intake and nutrition is this a suicidal amount / Am I crazy?

@Mr_NutterButter
I do not count calories, because it wasn't compatible with my lifestyle. I do not have the willpower to check every single food I get in.

@Mr_NutterButter just make sure you're actually being active instead of sitting there eating lol

@beardalaxy oh I'm being active. Running, jumping jacks some light lifting and a few other exercises. For around a hour or two

@Mr_NutterButter@gameliberty.club Definitely not suicidal, especially short term. If you live a mostly "sedentary lifestyle", then this is probably more than enough. Just make sure to get a variety of micro-nutrients, by varying the sources of the macro-nutrients. Of course, whether you'd lose weight or gain weight from such intake over the long term depends on many factors, like your age and sex, how much physical work you do, your body's current weight, fat, and muscle composition, etc. For example, a young small-bodied high-school girl may gain weight on 1,500 kcal, while a muscular 30-ish man doing hard manual labor may need upwards of 4,000 kcal per day just to maintain his body.
@Mr_NutterButter the carbs are high, especially if it includes refined sugars and simple carbs. for long term health i would shoot for more like 50g (net) carbs or less and a good amount of fiber like leafy greens. calorie count needs to be adjusted for your activity level. ~1800 may be ok for sedentary. more if you're doing labor or working out.
