I love how in Kenshi that when you go to the slave empire it's called the United Republics and all the citizens are Arabic but the ruler is a guy named "Emperor Tengu" who's dressed up as a Samurai pimp!

My favorite little tip about Kenshi is that the same bandit will come to your base to demand money and instead of paying him or trying to negotiate him you can simply choose to stab him in different parts of his body and every single time he will bitch out regardless of how big his army is.
