To get a house loan, the first thing you need is to have a down payment. The sum is not majorly substantial all things considered, but the bigger it is the better. Which means, you first need to save up money instead of living on credit.
What's gonna count most is that you have a well paid job, so you'll be able to pay back faster. That's gonna be the biggest impact on your paid interest and on how much you can loan.

"Credit score", the way Americans do it, wouldn't work here anyway, cause very few people use credit cards. So why bother implementing a system in which everyone turns out on the bottom of the list, and thus provides no use for differentiating between clients.
I've seen some attempts from banks to reward making your loan payments on time, but we're far off from an established, all encompassing system, like Americans have. For example I've seen banks offering to give you a credit card, with a good amount of available credit for instance, but not any kind of substantial decrease of interest rates for future loans.

I haven't kept track of Android changes for a while. Anyone remember what the key differences between Android 9 and 10 are? Just discovered there's a new Lineage rom for my old rooted phone, and wondering if it's worth upgrading.

P.S. I still can't believe I can get new roms for a phone that came out with Android KitKat.

Unresolved my ass. I'm secure enough in my masculinity to openly say that if we lived in a Harry Potter like universe, where one could drink a magical potion to truly change your sex, and it would be completely reversible, I would do it in a heartbeat to be able to experience what it would be like to be a woman. And I don't have gender dysphoria or any crap like that, but I am curious to see for myself just how much different the female experience is, and whether there's any truth to feminist rhetoric.
