@IcyGrillz Doesn't count if it's not dropped from a B-2.
@coolboymew @kerosene
Oh, I wasn't getting your quote-reply in your OP. Now I see. Meh... didn't they do this kind of thing with XP too, well into the Win7 days?
@coolboymew @kerosene
In what way?
@moth_ball @anime_outdoor If you have some "forbidden knowledge" good for you. I'm not obsessed enough to go snooping deep into these things. I know she did a cover of Pewdiepie's diss track against T-series, but that's about it.
@anime_outdoor Of all the vtubers that could have come out to be secretly mega-racist...
@Shadowman311
The only reason I find this funny, is that I still have no idea what Laura Loomer did to be famous. I feel like I'm aware of a couple of Laura's in the American political sphere, I recognize their names when I hear them, but Lauren Southern is the only one I actually know.
The others feel like they're Kardashians to me. Just randomly got famous over nothing in particular.
@Mr_NutterButter If I watch content only from the channels I've learned about over time, since before the AI age, I'm golden. But the second I'm curious about something new, it feels like a 50/50 gamble. I absolutely fell for a few.
And there's also channels like Astrum that I'm not sure what the hell it is. The channel is old, and has large number of subs, so not likely to be AI slop (or at least it didn't grow on AI slop). But at the same time, the videos are massive clickbait, and the content itself is just one massive off-topic derailment. Just loosely connected info thrown at you with no apparent conclusion or central topic being addressed.
It's like "I know I clickbaited you about news of what NASA found at the Moon's pole, but let me through some other random Moon related stuff, that are not connected to one another, and have nothing to do with the Moon's pole".
The voice is not AI, I'm pretty sure the script is not AI either. But it is its own kind of slop.
I try to downvote AI crap when I find it, and tell YT not to recommend the channel, but I don't think their algorithms give a crap about downvotes these days. They've eliminated all rating feedback in the UI, so I don't see why I'd trust the downvote button is connected to any code on the backend anymore.
In all honestly, I want to go on a reporting spree on these things, but I haven't seen a report category for AI.
@mitchconner I'm so confused watching the news right now... one second there's negotiations, the next "bomb's away!". One second Iran's nuclear capabilities have been eliminated, the next "yeah... we lost track of their uranium, oops!". One second there's a ceasefire, the next "nah, we changed our mind".
I feel bad for Americans that are in the middle of a panic attack over the possibility of a new forever war.
@lancer @BroDrillard @WandererUber
I really hate the world sometimes. Part of me is upset that I don't control all the nuclear weapons on Earth, and part of me is thankful, cause I'm not sure what would be left standing.

Something else that would be interesting to analyze though is: how does mature women's interest in gaming (or other hobbies) compare to girls' interest. Cause I suspect as they grew older, there were women who didn't touch the hobby much (or at all) as children, but got into it later on. And it might still be that today's girls aren't any more interested in gaming than girls were a few decades ago.
@mischievoustomato
I've seen the same headline for a decade. Unless that chip is the size of a high end CPU and a high end GPU put together (which would be problematic for cooling) and you have GDDR system memory, these claims are simply not true and they will never be true.
@LukeAlmighty @Lavaearth @bronze @DemonSixOne @Zergling_man @Ota1504
The answer is mostly gaslight now. Sure, there have always been a few girls here and there interested in gaming, or other male hobbies. Some of the vtubers are examples of that. Notice I say some. Cause there were very few examples, and they still don't get as invested in the hobby as men do.
But now there's this attempt at trying to make it seem like it was a 50/50 split in interest back then, or that it's a 50/50 split today. And it isn't.
@Zergling_man @LukeAlmighty @bronze @DemonSixOne @Lavaearth @Ota1504
Yup. I was curious if she was aware enough to know this point, but apparently no. Oh well...
But yeah, men build their own hobbies for a reason. They need and deserve to have spaces where they can bond together without women. "Bros before hoes" is deeper than most people realize.
Civilization was build by men cooperating. But you need men to build companionship so they can cooperate and create stuff together. Introduce women into the mix, and suddenly you're distracting the process, and the attention gets put on attracting the female.

What if you don't pay?
@BasedLunatic
But when you're told your whole life "don't trust the police", "police are liars", "don't do what police tells you to", do you even have the correct information in your brain to make a rational assessment in those moments?
Logic works as long as your initial premises are correct. But if you were given the wrong premises by your family, by your entire environment, it doesn't matter what IQ you have, your logic will be faulty until you manage to fix your premises. Which is not an easy thing to do.
You can argue "when it’s says game over you don’t continue to play a video game", but what if badly set premises lead your logic to "the game is not actually over"? This is what I think might be going on. People who see an entirely different game world, because what they've been taught colors their perception.
@Lavaearth @LukeAlmighty @bronze @DemonSixOne @Zergling_man @Ota1504
At least she's self aware.
Yeah, I'm sure the guys there were probably chill, but a parent still needs to do the right thing. If they can't 100% supervise such interactions, it's a clear "no".
