Yes. At the very least I know I found it very unfair. For a game whose primary mechanic is supposed to be dodging/rolling away from attacks, the Capra Demon fight goes literally against this established gameplay loop.
And in my view, any boss battle where playthroughs, made by people who've played the game over and over again, use cheese tactics to get past them, clearly have a problem.
