The types of people that would come to fedi are mostly happy at the thought that Elon Musk might get some say over how Twitter works. So no reason for them to leave now.
The people who are livid at the idea of Elon controlling their precious platform would recoil at the lack of echo chamber that is fedi. They would want to leave Twitter, but they wouldn't want to come here.
