They for sure know their audience and are trying to balance between the bluesky homo who eats up metroidvanias and Limited Run scams, versus their core of sane gamers who share lewd art of Shantae on evil imageboards that would probably disavow the company if they outright went "Shantae says trans rights"

Saw Amorphis had two new singles recently. They seem to have used AI for this video in a few spots of the characters moving. I know it's only a "lyric video" but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Also the song sort of just sounds very by-the-books for Amorphis and kind of sounds like an AI song. Maybe I'm paranoid.

@PurpCat That's very apt, and it really says a lot that they had these systems to block UK users the instant that came into effect. When the various porn bans in US states started, I always thought it was interesting that instead of the multi million, billion dollar porn conglomerates trying to fight it legally, they just went along with it, threw their hands up saying "don't look at me, it's the icky politicians!"
