@Mr_NutterButter i'm all over the place lol, just send me a message whenever you feel like it and i'll respond whenever i can xD

@Mr_NutterButter i did! it only grew over time, too. it started out pretty basic, but when i started running a d&d campaign in that world it fleshed it out so much more. if you have any questions about the world/lore itself or how i went about creating it i'd be happy to tell you :)

my idea has always been to focus more on the world itself rather than the main story. that's why there are so many optional side quests and dungeons. i think the main story is about 6 hours if you know what you're doing, but doing all the side stuff i hope takes at least 3x that long just because there is so much of it, and it's all pretty unique imo.

Miyamoto did some amazing stuff to help jump start the video game industry. He's an absolute legend, and I do agree that focus on gameplay should always be paramount. However, he's also done a lot to detract from modern games, with his weird fascination with gameplay gimmicks. This is most felt with games like Link's Crossbow Training or, at its worst, Star Fox Zero. Star Fox in general has been a complete punching bag for Miyamoto, even affecting other completely unrelated titles like Dinosaur Planet.

i didn't even know that baldur's gate 3 came out yet! i thought it was coming out in like september lol.

i won't be able to play it for a while, probably. i've still got ratchet and clank, tears of the kingdom, and need for speed unbound to finish. not to mention i haven't actually completed all the available stuff in onirism yet. and starfield is coming out soon! man, this year has been PACKED with video games for me!

ON TOP OF THAT i'm working like a dog on my game! what the hell! things need to chill out a little bit xD

@Mr_NutterButter in high school i definitely had a shit ton of wristbands lol. not bead ones like in the thumbnail image but those rubber ones from bands and such. i only really stopped wearing them because they snapped over time and i didn't want to just buy new ones online or something xD i had some wacky checkered jeans too lol.

my clothing style has always been a mixed bag lol, but it looks normal enough on the surface xD mostly black, band and game t shirts, either converse or vans for my kicks. i'm always wearing a hat or beanie. it's a weird hybrid between skater and geek, i guess.

fucking MEGALOVANIA has 103m. idk why but i guess i just didn't think that devil may cry was THAT popular.

@lamp i thought i saw a setting somewhere for that, maybe you have to right click it or something like that?

wow. bury the light from dmc5 has 100m views on youtube. that's a pretty substantial amount of views for a video game track.

for comparison, bfg division from doom 2016 has 41m. it has to be this way from mgr has 43m.

at fall out boy/bring me the horizon, i had the shirt i had bought just chillin right behind me and the people i were with (who had very little or no concert experience) were super worried that someone was going to just steal it from behind me.

i told them that i'd be more worried about that if it were a justin bieber concert lol.

seriously, the more metal/punk/emo bands and the culture of the people who go to their shows are always so much more respectful. everyone's always there to make sure everyone else has a good time.

you see people getting completely trampled and dying at travis scott but if ONE person goes down at a metal concert, everyone makes room for them and helps them up and gets whatever they need. often times the bands will even stop playing if they have to so that they can get everyone's attention to help someone out. it's awesome.

@Suzu one of my roommates uses opera gx too and he doesn't even game on his pc, he just saw that a bunch of youtubers used it and was like "oh hey that's cool let me do that too" -_-

it works, i guess, otherwise they wouldn't keep doing it.

@Suzu i had some "tech nerd" at work bragging about how cool opera gx is because you can use it to limit memory and it doesn't track you nearly as much as chrome does.

i just let him talk lol. i seriously cannot believe the amount of people who actually buy into youtuber sponsors. one of my roommates actually bought fucking raycons lol.

@lamp you can thankfully change a flag to revert it. i like it way better on the bottom so i don't have to click a button to see my downloads, they're all just sitting at the bottom of the window.

apparently it's up at the top now so that it doesn't mess up website formatting as much. idgaf about that though.

@souldessin @Mr_NutterButter i launch normal programs through proton and i haven't had any issues so far
