She may be a bit mean, but it's the only way her sensitive side and true heart of gold can deal with her real feelings. You know that she'd drop anything to help you if you needed it and she'd be the most fiercely loyal person in your life, despite giving you shit every now and then. That's part of the charm, though. It's how you know she really cares and it adds some spice to the relationship.
