@Forestofenchantment it gets a little convoluted since you have to go scouring for old versions of normal apps like YouTube and Netflix and sometimes they aren't supported anymore so you have to use weird workarounds. But if you're mainly gonna use it for homebrew stuff like emulation it's probably alright.

@xianc78 The tools are all there, but you still need some really good game design knowledge if you want to make something good. The amount of low effort slop that has come out of rpg maker, enough to give it a rather negative reception, is definite proof of that lol.

@GrungeQueef people are out there making weird ass captions talking about CP and child abuse over loli images and complaining that they can't make realistic AI shit, or supporting people who are fucked up just because they are also lolicons. Gives me the same vibes as all the child lgbtq shit where "normal" gays don't even bat an eye or try to push back against it and the ones who do are considered fringe.

I know a lot of people buy into it because they're already ostracized by the ones on the outside of their group. They think that if they don't accept the freaks then they are going to be left out to dry with nobody left that supports them. Gotta have more people speaking their mind like that to help turn the tides, like what is starting to finally happen with gaming now because gamers fell victim to the same kind of shit.

@xianc78 well, that's just for people who finish their games and do it competently enough for it to appear like a good game. The biggest hurdle is motivation, above all else.

@GrungeQueef lolicons need to gatekeep against the weird lgbtq gooners and groomers more tbh. Gooner culture is poisoning things hardcore. Going the way the furries did.

@ChristiJunior @rasterman I know it's different, given the profile of the game and the kind of quest it is, but there are a lot of things in a lot of games that are just completely undiscovered. A 100% run is always more or less defined by either the game itself or a community around the game, and a lot of the time it will still skip some stuff. Like, there are definitely people with the platinum trophy for Outlaws that have not seen all of the stuff there is to see. Then you have games like Donkey Kong 64 where the devs just straight up forgot where they put some stuff and so instead of a 100% run its like a 103% run or something lol.

Makes me wonder if all the stuff in my game will ever be found. I'm guessing that's a no.
