@meso @Hephaestic ohhhh i thought they were trying to use the ampersand as "and" so i'm like... "sandbreedable?"

and on my phone it looked like "S&BreeLady"

I totally forgot I have a Line In on my PC! I can listen to my Switch and my PC through my headphones now! I can see this being useful for some other things too, potentially.

I have a mixer as well, but I only have one set of input cables for that one. Maybe I should buy a second so I can have better control over everything. This works for now though :)

weird beard dreams

My family and I plus some friends were recreating the entirety of Harry Potter into a sort of "experience" just for ourselves. Like, no cameras or audience or anything. I was playing the role of Harry Potter. Nothing else was really that similar, but I still knew that's what we were doing because, dream logic I guess.

There was this scene where we heard shoes clacking and everyone went silent. My dad said "It's Veronica..." very ominously but it was only this weird, quirky, blonde haired girl. She kept poking me. I guess I just fully embraced it and just put my arm around her and said "Well, since you keep touching me now you don't have to stop." She liked that a lot and then we were like, a couple after that or something?

There were a few more scenes that are super hazy now. The ending had some Return of the King vibes because there was this one dude there who I had NO IDEA who he was, he just showed up to the afterparty and everyone was clapping for me saving the day or some shit, so I just look at this dude and say "I'm glad you could make it." :meru_lul:

I'm guessing that Veronica character was some weird amalgamation of Luna Lovegood and some other shit I've seen that just got mixed around in the depths of my brain.

@creamqueen when I tried playing the god of war reboot, I actually stopped playing once I saw the perks menu. I don't remember exactly why, but it had a big enough impact that I just did not want to deal with it whatsoever.

@creamqueen this is why I loved the side quests on FF16 so much, they actually added so much to the character and world building even if a lot of them were glorified fetch quests. Whereas you'll have other open world slop games where there's some random dude who says "go and do 6 different things for me" and one of those things is another dude who needs you to do 6 other things and that's literally all the relevance they have, just to give you a little bit of extra gold or tools or whatever and that's it.
