@Mr_NutterButter nice job man! make sure you look at what the average healthy weight for your height is, not just your gender. also remember that if you're doing any strength exercises you're going to be gaining muscle and since it is more dense than fat, you are going to struggle to hit 150 probably. see if you can check your body fat percentage somewhere instead, that'll give you a much more accurate reading on how much you're losing.

one of my first memories was being 3 or 4 years old sleeping in a tent in the living room while my dad and his friend played goldeneye. i would peek out to watch until he would notice me and tell me to stop watching because mom would be mad lol.

in that same apartment we would throw pop its down on the sidewalk from the 2nd or 3rd floor and we hit a guy once lol.
