@teto i've asked why they do this and they legitimately just forget that they have bought something. they'll use it once after they buy it and then it gets tucked away and forgotten about. i think the main reason for that is because they eat out so much that they just don't look at the food that they have at home.

@teto there is no reason to have a full fridge unless you have like a family of 6

@hj @lain ubisoft uses proprietary engines that all perform well and look good. their tech really isn't the issue. the worries with ubisoft are monetization (this has been the case since like 2012), gay shit, and bad gameplay.

every roommate i've ever had has some weird problem with buying food, forgetting they have it, and then it expires and instead of throwing it out they just keep it around and buy new food again. rinse and repeat until 8 months down the line when the fridge and freezer and pantry are all too full to put anything else in and we have to go in and throw away like 6 trashbags full of expired food.

is this a normal thing? like wtf i only buy what i know i'm going to eat and if it does expire i chuck it almost immediately. seeing other people's habits with food like that kind of sickens me tbh.

@hj @lain honestly, ubisoft's tech is usually remarkably good. it isn't the tech that's the issue, it's the actual game usually.

@lain it was a cross gen ps3-ps4 title wasn't it? i'm not surprised. most stuff from the ps4 holds up remarkably well.

@rosey TP has always had a much more active modding community. WW decomp is in the works though.

We're almost there boys... there are two ports of TP being released soon. Courage Reborn, this one, as well as Dusk.

@GrungeQueef actually, post internet future with 80s tech would not really be that bad either tbh. I might go for that one instead.
