It's hard to blame them when a large amount of the best gaming consoles were in fact NOT just the same architecture as a regular personal computer, though. Part of the reason why Xbox has much better backwards compatibility since it's always been like that. But PS was doing wacky custom shit like Emotion and Cell while Nintendo was just strapping more power pc GameCubes together every time they released a new console.

@white_male @caekislove @NoDoxGregBrady @Hoss that one is a complete rebuild by the way, it's reverse engineered using AI. Still a little bit janky but improvements are coming all the time. Vibe coding blew the fuck up within the past month and this is the worst it's ever going to be. Future is going to be NUTS.
