@LoliHat @Mr_NutterButter i agree that gameliberty is probably pretty close to center but is more libertarian authoritarian. probably leans right too but not as much as the liberty side. honestly it seems like the overall placement of gameliberty would be pretty close to my own.

everything else is a bit more loose because i don't have as much experience with them.

poast is right authoritarian for sure. kiwifarms is less right and less authoritarian, closer to center but still over there. although it is harder to tell with kiwifarms because it seems like more of them are just in it for the troll whereas poast seems more sincere.

baraag is left libertarian. a lot of the artists there are refugees from twitter or other such places that are strict on their artwork, but they still have leftist ideals and beliefs.

varishangout i'm not too sure about, kind of the same with baest. i'm tempted to say libertarian center for both of them but i'm not super sure. kind of around gameliberty.

then you have stuff like mastodon online which doesn't ever sneak into the right but trend slightly toward the libertarian side just for the fact that they're here in the first place. the instances themselves are definitely authoritarian instances but i feel like the people on there aren't as authoritarian, they just want to be on an instance with a lot of people that doesn't allow racism or pornography.

spinster is probably authoritarian left. self explanatory.

the pedo instances seem to be the exact opposite of spinster.

trying to think if i'm missing anything notable... at least ones that are more than a few users.

but still, the fact he thinks you shouldn't be arrested for drunk driving is pretty fucked up. there are a lot of things that are misdemeanors that you definitely should still be arrested for.

i'd be interested in seeing one of those political compass memes but a compilation of users from every instance so we can see where each instance typically falls. i have some general ideas lol but it would be kinda cool to see the stats.

the thing i think is funny about pride month and just pride shit in general is that so many of them want it to be perceived as something normal or natural, but fail to realize that there is no straight month, there are no straight parades, no cis support groups... if they want to be seen as normal, they just need to shut the fuck up and stop trying to push so hard. when you do that, people naturally will push back.
