@zemichi @rlier23 @Paulo @FinalCore @Loded-Diaper @Ronnie21093 @Yakotarun palutena on the right is from earlier versions of the game and was changed in updates, and subsequently smash ultimate, because of CERO. so it wasn't the devs, but the japanese rating board. corrin has a similar change to her armor because they were going for an E10 rating instead of a T one (or A for B in CERO). this is why they also couldn't include Mai from final fight.

it probably wouldn't have affected the sales of smash that much if these things were added in and the age rating increased, but idk, maybe it would have in japan. probably didn't have much of a bearing stateside.

CERO is also known to be pretty damn strict about stuff. i mean, they are the whole reason why Callisto Protocol wasn't released in Japan because they wanted it censored. i'm willing to bet that japanese gamers don't like them very much.
