almost got 100% in rift apart. need to upgrade the rest of the weapons all the way and then actually complete it, on the last mission. i think i might upgrade the weapons on NG+ though, it'll probably be easier.

i think i have hit a bit of a roadblock in typing fast. my fingers can keep up, it's my brain that gets caught up on stuff. i have to read the words i'm typing in my head and i can't read as fast as my fingers can go so i end up typing different words than what's on screen because i just think that's what they are.

i'd love to run some smash tournaments again. just a bunch of guys hanging out for a day playing all these different smash games. just don't have the space to do it and the web of friends has thinned considerably.

i don't like the action horror genre very much, and it seems like that's been the majority of the horror games we're getting lately. that, and short/shitty indie games. where is all the psychological horror stuff?

i have no faith in the sh2 remake. i mean, it'll probably be fine, there's just no way it'll be better than the original. sh2 is a product of its time in the best kind of way, it really scratches that same itch that the whole "analog horror" thing does because of its age and weird, ethereal nature. the remake is gonna be too modern to really make the same impact, i think.

i am interested in the other silent hill games coming out. i hope they're good.

i haven't played a good horror game in a while. i feel like they all just kind of got super samey and boring, idk. the next one i play is probably just going to be silent hill 2 again, and not the remake.
