the difference between the tapes from 1995 and 2005 is staggering, it seems like it's filmed on a different camera or something even though i know for sure it's the same camera, same type of tapes.
the 90s just looked different. and it's not because i'm viewing it through VHS tapes. the style, the decorations, the designs of products even, and seemingly the air itself was just warmer in mood. everything is so cold and corporate now.
watching VHS tapes. my mom asks what my dad would like to say to the baby (me) to watch later. he says "the answer is 34"
