Hit a lot of new PBs at the gym last week boys. Sore as fuck but it was worth it. I feel great otherwise xD I think I might start going without music, actually. I think the music distracts me and pulls my focus away from lifts. I've gotten consistently better results without it.

i have a dead pixel on my new monitor :|
luckily i bought 3 of them lol, i guess i can just swap it around with my 3rd that is off most of the time. that's so annoying though. haven't ever had a dead pixel until now.
