I've been going to the gym for a little over 6 months now, I think? Anyway, wanted to kind of check up on progress. My lower body was already kind of insane to begin with ngl so not a whole lot of movement there. Upper body though is a different story. My arms and especially my chest/shoulders are noticeably bigger! Kind of freaked me out for a second lol, thought I was looking at a different body
It does make sense though, I have almost doubled the weight I'm using on upper body for a bunch of exercises since starting! ![]()
