i just had a friend buy an entire AIO and new thermal paste and everything (it's only been a year and a half since he built his PC) because he got a warning that his CPU was at 86C.

so i asked him what he was doing and he said he was watching youtube. i asked if it was a stream with the chat open. sure enough, it was.

it cannot be understated how fucking bad youtube chat sucks. i've had my browser crash so many times because i've watched a stream for too long with the chat open.

I'm also definitely gonna wait it out for a while just to see how the landscape adjusts. Don't want to be too hasty modding up a $500 console that I still want to play new games on. I can wait a bit to play Metroid Ravenous, but if there are other games I definitely wouldn't be able to wait to play lol. I'm just glad OoT remake isn't going to require a firmware update. Just need to hope that it will not require any significant patches.

i haven't done SHIT with a raspi before so this will certainly be interesting.

aight, got a pico 2 and civ 7 on the switch lol, hacks are in development rn for switch 2 modding with those. i know it's only file system access but i don't really care about piracy or any of that shit i just really like doing mods. had a penchant for it ever since the wii and psp.

and hey worst case, civ 7 was only $20, i've heard it isn't the greatest civ game by any means but portable civ is cool.

i feel like, even if all the other game publishers die, and they make horrible decisions consistently, SEGA will be the last ones still around somehow. like they'll survive the heat death of the universe.

my friend almost paid double the amount for a concert ticket from a reseller pretending to be the real ticket website. first link on google. i knew that's what it was before he even told me.
