It's not LTS so I would have to upgrade soon and I never had a positive experience with dist-upgrade. Something always broke.

I'm probably gonna wait because Nextcloud client isn't packaged for it yet and I don't want to compile it myself.
I remember though that 20.04 had some serious bug right after launch.
