@realcaseyrollins @wjmaggos Really the best thing for adhd is strong but prudent (not strict or overcompensating stressing yourself is stupid) discipline, basic restraint control and the ability for introspection and to say no when your conscience catches on self reasoning and all

But the point was, that there might be topics I will never mention on the wired and topics that I will talk only offline. And I might even act differently, but I seriouly do not feel like any of my behaviours is less ME then any other.

Both sides are me. We always live in shadow of secure behavior and if it was safe to talk openly in both, the diference would be minimal.
