You make an account on every instance with public registrations that has a trigger-happy mod. 2. You follow the account that is going to send this message from every one of those accounts. 3. Make a custom activitypub activity push, that has it's text different for each of the servers it pushes to. The downside is that it wouldn't work for single-user instance blockheads.
@realcaseyrollins if QOTO had single sign-on, I think that'd really be all that's needed.

@realcaseyrollins I normally don't like Tim's stuff at all (I generally don't like talking head videos). I can feel where he's going here, but a lot of people can't just quit their jobs. I know I don't have the drive to be self sustainable (trust me, I've tried, twice https://battlepenguin.com/philosophy/perspective/a-tale-of-two-journeys/). I do like this clip and feel his frustration. If I hadn't just signed a new lease in April, I'd probably move to Texas right now and just volunteer on open source stuff.
I won't start actually acting on this plan until I can see proof of sustainability tho
Maybe this is a pipe dream, and isn't a good idea to do. I certainly think that it could be not only fun, but beneficial to many.
The big issue I see with a lot of alt tech is that it's like "ooh, go to this site and sign up for this; go to that site and download that" all with different branding, it gets confusion, there is no cohesion.
These systems are cool, but they will continue to be confusing until they become branded in a way that makes sense to normies
If I could, I'd love to make some sort of company that supports content creation for a lot of these people who get deplatformed; a haven for the sane.

There needs to be a complete, wholistic, understandable infrastructure for the banned
