men also tend to quietly and conveniently forget that the typical "manly" work places pay better than more "feminine" but still hard work places with higher responsibility, and because of "a women entering men's spaces is just like posioning the well" mentality a woman entering this workplace faces hardships from places not willing to hire her to plain old group harassment
