@nerdman @Moon Yeah. I think hobbies were much more niche back when forums, chatrooms, and blogs dominated Internet discussion. Centralized social media has made these communities harder to gatekeep. Maybe decentralized social media could fix this.

@Moon Gatekeeping doesn't exist because there is nothing stopping anyone from joining a hobby.
