@rasterman @p BBCode is much older and is more used on forums. It uses brackets instead of inequality signs for tags, so you save a keystroke by not having to press shift to enter tags. Markdown uses symbols for each tag and it makes it more natural to read. Both are parsed into HTML at the end of the day.
Honestly, using a markup language makes formatting much faster compared to using buttons. It's just like using keyboard shortcuts in a word processor.
@rasterman More like hidden links, embedding JavaScript code, iframes, etc. But, as what @p said the malicious tags/attributes are blacklisted. Though personally, I think Markdown or even BBCode is much simpler and easier to understand.
@p @rasterman The last time I've heard of using direct HTML for post formatting was for Blogspot comments.
@rasterman @p Using HTML in posts poses security risks. I'm surprised that you guys are using it in current year.
Update your shit you retards

@matrix I had a Windows class and it was worse because Microsoft wants to be special and use different names for C primitives.
@nerdman @coolboymew Well, doctors probably know Latin given that it is used for medical names.
@crunklord420 Work on the C64 game and make C64 emulators for all the platforms you mentioned.
@nerdman @coolboymew Your post made me realize how much I forgot about Latin. I really need to relearn it.
@nerdman @coolboymew Better than Roman emperors giving months dedicated to themselves.
@coolboymew I tried to look it up when you mentioned it and apparently there is.
@coolboymew Not until April.

@thestrongest I would just go with PaleMoon. It's based off of the old Firefox back when it was good.
