@wageslave @thor It seems like claymation is more geared towards adults. I never understood why, but maybe because it's kind of freaky. I do remember a few gross-out shorts on Nick that used claymation. It probably works perfectly there too because you can make some disgusting looking creatures with clay.

@wageslave @thor It's become pretty niche now with the advent of CGI. Most children probably didn't grow up watching claymation so there aren't that many autists that have become attached to it. I grew up in the early 2000s. The only claymation picture I remember watching was Chicken Run and I remember the animation scaring the shit out of me as a little kid.

Also, I don't know that many autists who are still attached to Play-dough which I think claymation is just an excuse for adults to play with.

It seems like even DuckDuckGo is censoring COVID "misinformation" now. I think that might be because they partially use results from Google, but they've become more of a honeypot in recent years.
